YearbookLife-Canva Program Storefront Information Sheet

Please complete the following information and hit the Submit button. Your storefront will be set up within two business days. You will then receive a confirmation email that contains the website link to your storefront. Share that link with your school community to kick off your sales campaign.


If you want to change your prices or deadline dates throughout the school year, simply email us at production@yearbooklife.com, and we will make the changes for you.

  • The entire storefront site is free to schools. Users pay a 5% service fee for access to the site and to cover the cost of the credit card processing. These fees are not reflected as a separate item in the Shopping Cart, they are included in the online sales price of the item.

    All funds collected through the storefront (*less the service fee and any taxes) will be applied directly to your YearbookLife invoice.

    If the funds collected exceed your invoice and there is an overpayment, you can select whether the funds should be refunded to your school/organization or if they should be applied to your future invoice.

  • If there is still a balance due on your account, an invoice will be issued.

  • Sales Tax Information: Sales tax may be charged for all sales depending on the tax laws of your county or state.

    The cost is $6.95 per book. Gold or Silver foil available. The placement on the cover is lower right. Sales of personalized books must end 2 weeks before your yearbook sales deadline.

  • ———— STOREFRONT TERMS ————

    • The final deadline for your storefront yearbook sales must be set for one day before your book submission date, or sooner, so you can finalize your yearbook quantity.
    • Your invoice will be issued upon your yearbook submission, based on the final yearbook quantity.
    • Payment of your invoice is due in full within 10 days.
    • Late payments may result in delayed delivery and will incur late fees
    • You may extend your storefront for an additional 30 days past your submission date upon request by emailing production@yearbooklife.com. Payment is still due in full upon submission.
    • If your storefront deadline is extended, any storefront credits received past your submission date will be applied to next year’s invoice, or you can request a reimbursement check, which will be issued within 45 days.
