Storefront Information Sheet

Please complete the following information and hit the Submit button. Your storefront will be set up within two business days. You will then receive confirmation that the storefront is ready along with instructions to share with your families, students and businesses about how they can access the storefront.

The final deadline for your storefront yearbook sales must be set for no later than one day before your book submission date so you can finalize your yearbook quantity. See Terms below.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The entire storefront site is free to schools. Users pay a 5% service fee for access to the site and to cover the cost of the credit card processing. These fees are not reflected as a separate item in the Shopping Cart, they are included in the online sales price of the item.

All funds collected through the storefront (*less the service fee and any taxes) will be applied directly to your YearbookLife invoice. See terms below. If the funds collected exceed your invoice and there is an overpayment, you can select whether the funds should be refunded to your school/organization or if they should be applied to your future invoice.

Sales Tax Information: Due to online marketplace tax laws in some states and localities, Pictavo is required to collect sales tax, based on the purchaser's location. If necessary, sales tax will be collected as a part of Pictavo's purchase process and will be submitted to that state automatically.

Early Bird/Tiered Pricing is available. If you want to set multiple pricing deadline dates to allow for early bird discounts, you can add up to three different pricing tiers and deadline dates. When you submit your book, be sure to order the quantity includes all online sales, any offline sales, giveaways and school copies.

Yearbook & Ad Packages

Teachers / Grades
When customers purchase a yearbook from your online shop, they must enter the student's name. To make it easier for you to track your sales and distribute your yearbooks, we can also include a field where they select the student's homeroom or grade.

- The final deadline for your storefront yearbook sales must be set for one day before your book submission date, or sooner, so you can finalize your yearbook quantity.
- Your invoice will be issued upon your yearbook submission, based on the final yearbook quantity.
- Payment of your invoice is due in full within 10 days.
- Late payments may result in delayed delivery and will incur late fees
- You may extend your storefront for an additional 30 days past your submission date upon request by emailing production@yearbooklife.com. Payment is still due in full upon submission.
- If your storefront deadline is extended, any storefront credits received past your submission date will be applied to next year’s invoice, or you can request a reimbursement check, which will be issued within 45 days.
