We will work with you to design to that quantity.

To help determine the number of pages in your standard yearbook, consider the following:

Do you want your students’ portraits to be displayed by grade or by class?

  • If by class, count one page for every class you have. Add that to the outline above for your Student portraits.
For the dividers, add one page for every grade you have in your school. For example, a standard high school has 4 grades, so 4 divider pages are required.
  • If by grade, divide the number of students in your school by 36 which is the standard number of students on a page. That calculation is the number of pages you will need to add for your Student portraits.
For the dividers, add one page for every grade you have in your school. For example, a standard high school has 4 grades, so 4 divider pages are required.

The total number of pages in the standard outline above is 19 pages. Add your portrait and divider page counts to that number to estimate the number of pages in your book. Please add that number to the form.

Your designer will work with you to discuss adding or deleting pages as needed for your book. But this is a good layout for a standard book. Your pricing will vary if pages are added or deleted from this standard format.
