Yearbook Renewal Agreement Partner Form

*For Books delivered before June 30, 2019 and Publishing orders signed before December 1, 2018. This document contains the renewal contract for yearbook printing services for the 2018-2019 school year. Your 2017-2018 pricing, terms and conditions on the contract, renewal or the original final invoice are applicable to this contract renewal. All pricing will remain the same for the term of this agreement.  Upon acceptance, this document shall constitute the contract renewal between YearbookLife and the school or organization for the term selected above.  Terms and conditions can be found on page two of this document. The 2018-2019 prices, book specifications, submission dates, and delivery dates will remain firm and in effect throughout the term of the contract, however, the total dollars may vary depending on any adjustments in the number of copies, pages, cover type or added items. Submission and delivery dates may vary slightly from year to year. Since materials are purchased and commitments are made based on this agreement, the undersigned understands that cancellation of this agreement will be subject to approval by YBL and a $300.00 cancellation fee will apply. The signer below acknowledges they are approved by the school or organization and are fully authorized to sign and approve all of the terms set forth in this agreement.
