How Do I Track My Sales?

To track sales made through the Pictavo Community, you must first be logged into Pictavo using the Admin account for your book since only the book’s Admin can view sales.  If you do not see Admin in the top-level toolbar, shown in the screenshot below, then you are not logged in as the Admin.  Once you are logged in as the Admin, click on Admin in the top-level toolbar.

From there, click on Manage Sales.

This will open the Sales at a Glance area, where you can see a quick overview of your sales.

To see the details of each transaction, click on View Orders.

Here you will see a list of each item ordered, along with the details for each item.  You can edit an individual order by scrolling to the right and clicking on the Edit button.

For credit card orders, you will only be able to change who the purchase is for or add a note.

However, any offline sales made via cash or check given to the school can be edited fully.

You can also filter the data to only show certain orders by using the View Orders By dropdown at the top.

You can also save the displayed data out to Excel and generate custom reports as you wish.
