In order to use the Pictavo Community, you must turn it on. To do this, you must first be logged into Pictavo using the Admin account for your book since only the book’s Admin can turn the Pictavo Community on. If you do not see Admin in the top-level toolbar, shown in the screenshot below, then you are not logged in as the Admin. Once you are logged in as the Admin, click on Admin in the top-level toolbar.
From there, click on Manage Community.
In the blue bar at the top of Manage Community, you will be able to click the On checkbox for the Pictavo Community.
This will open a window that explains the Pictavo Community and the 3 primary steps needed to set it up. . These steps are (1) setting up your school’s Upload Settings, (2) setting up your school’s Shop settings via Shop—School Settings and (3) setting up your school’s products to be sold online via Shop—Product Settings.
